CLIENT SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Sanderson Wealth Management is seeking to expand our team with the addition of a Client Service Administrator (CSA). Our future CSA will be a member of our Operations team and will support our full team.

Our CSA will be engaged important administrative and client-facing tasks that contribute directly to the Sanderson Wealth Management client experience. As our CSA gains experience, the level of contribution from an office management perspective and responsibilities will increase. Initial day-to-day responsibilities include management of the phone system, overseeing in-office hospitality items, document management, mailing, filing, special events planning and coordination and communicating with various vendors. At all times, our CSA is responsible for providing regular operation support for the investment, tax, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration OR relevant professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to segment large projects into actionable tasks, adhere to a timeline, and resourcefully accomplish goals
  • Technology-obsessed. If unfamiliar with an app, platform, or software program, willing to learn and typically find it easy to navigate intuitive platforms
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or another service-related profession
  • A superior attitude and outstanding level of professionalism
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

ANALYST
Sanderson Wealth Management is seeking to expand our team with the addition of an Analyst. Our future Analyst will primarily support our advisory team.

Analysts are engaged in all aspects of the advisory business from financial planning to asset management. As the Analyst gains experience and knowledge, the level of contribution from a financial analysis perspective and responsibilities will increase. Initial day-to-day responsibilities include trade checking, compliance-related tasks, research, data gathering, and general administration. Future responsibilities include trading, billing, and in-depth analysis of financial performance and other key investment criteria. At all times, analysts are responsible for providing regular operation support for the investment team and ensuring and maintaining documentation of the pipeline of opportunities, internal reports, and legal documentation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

STAFF ACCOUNTANT (TAX)
Sanderson Wealth Management is seeking to expand our team with the addition of a Staff Accountant. Our future Staff Accountant will work directly with our tax team.

Day-to-day responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Tax preparation and compliance
  • Income tax planning and projections
  • Tax processing, including managing the digital interface with clients, managing correspondence of clients, transmitting forms and documents, and responding to the IRS
  • Tax department administration, including billing and management of a client engagement matrix
  • Assisting with family office services
  • Assisting with financial and estate planning modeling analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Prior experience in personal and/or trust income tax preferred
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of tax experience

This position is paid hourly, with an annual salary of $50k – $55k plus overtime compensation beyond 40 hours per week. The position comes with four weeks of vacation.

The Tax Team at Sanderson Wealth Management enjoys a reasonable work schedule, even during the busy tax season, which begins in late February at our practice. Firm-wide, we service approximately 300 tax clients throughout the entire calendar year, resulting in a controlled and manageable tax season. Should our Staff Accountant desire a CPA or Enrolled Agent Accreditation, Sanderson Wealth Management is committed to supporting their development.

Sanderson Wealth Management is seeking to expand our team with the addition of a Tax Associate. Our future Tax Associate will work directly with our Tax Department team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of tax preparation
  • Maintaining responsibility for the administrative duties of the tax department
  • Working on various clients’ data in QuickBooks
  • Assisting with information gathering for estate and financial planning
  • Assisting with family office services

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
