Financial Analyst
Primary Role
Execute on planning and investment strategy in partnership with senior advisers.
Scope
- Execute transactions and trades; prepare performance reports; establish accounts.
- Maintain the firm’s market updates, documentation, and models.
- Interface with clients for updates, signatures, etc.
- Create systems and processes to streamline efficiency of company processes.
- Become a Service Adviser for client accounts where you’ve earned strong rapport.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with an impressive GPA.
- Demonstrated experiences that display superior intellect and strong teamwork.
- Working understanding of financial planning, investment funds, and ETFs
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage time and self awareness.

Financial Adviser
Primary Role
Ensures strong client relationships and successful execution of financial plans.
Scope
- Interface with clients to plan for their future, inform them, and manage the relationship.
- Execute transactions and trades; prepare performance reports; establish accounts.
- Assemble balance sheets and client net worth statements.
- Leverage tech to help develop financial/retirement plans.
- Research and develop unique investment options for target interests and trends to position Sanderson as a best-in-class portfolio compared to other firms.
- Become Senior Adviser for client accounts where you’ve earned strong rapport.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of wealth management experience communicating with clients, functioning on a team, and demonstrating successful creative problem solving, resilience.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage time, self awareness.
- Ambition, intentionality, and growth mindset.
Preferred
- Holding or working toward a CFP, CFA and/or CPA credential.
- MBA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

Lead Financial Adviser
Primary Role
Oversight of client portfolios, trading strategy, and all senior financial advisers.
Scope
- Responsible for developing and actively nurturing client relationships.
- Lead, manage, and hold all service providers accountable for exceptional results.
- Oversee investment activities carried out by senior advisers.
- Plan specialty financial services and identify opportunities for clients to utilize them.
- Deploy company resources to deliver services with flawless execution for the client.
- Foresee and eliminate challenges that may arise for our clients.
Requirements
- MBA in Finance or Accounting, or other advanced degree related to finance.
- CPA, CFP, or CPWA license; deep knowledge of personal investment, financial planning, cash flow projections, and ability to create and manage models of these subjects.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role nurturing high-level client relationships and C-Suites; closing high-level sales via interactions with new and existing clients.
- Strong experience in leading, managing, and holding teams accountable.
- Extraordinary abilities in relationship management, and identifying and capturing wealth management opportunities.
- Intuitive ability to leverage tech to oversee and automate responsibilities.

Client Service Administrator
Primary Role
Key operational support for the financial and investment adviser teams.
Scope
- Responsible for the opening and maintenance of client banking and investment accounts.
- Execute transactions for investment and financial advisers for clients.
- Engage with clients to assist them with inquiries and updates on their accounts.
- Ensure organization is equipped with robust procedural documentation.
- Assist the firm with administrative and workstream support, especially for tax deadlines.
- Closely interface with the financial and investment teams on projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Progressive experience in administration for a dynamic business environment, ideally in a related financial field.
- Grasp of banking, investment, and tax terminology, flows of payment systems, types of banking documents, and timing of various financial transactions.
- Demonstrated experience in project management to accomplish goals on strict timelines.
- Tech-obsessed. Intuitive ability to navigate new and different technology platforms.

Senior Tax Consultant
Primary Role
Oversight of bespoke tax planning, preparation, modeling, and compliance.
Scope
- Responsible for tax preparation and compliance, as well as the planning and projections of income tax for high-net-worth clients, their families, estates, and trusts.
- Manage client relationships including digital interfaces and presentations.
- Tax department administration, billing, and management of client engagement matrix.
- Assist the firm with providing exceptional wealth management services, financial and estate investment planning modeling analysis; scenario analysis and projections.
- Closely interface with the financial and investment teams on projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of progressive experience in tax accounting, to include 2 to 3 years as a senior level staff accountant with decision-making responsibility.
- Deep experience in creating and utilizing complex data models in Microsoft Excel, and experience with tax compliance software such as CCH.
- Strong ability to leverage soft skills to gather information and find creative solutions.
Preferred
- CPA license held, or in-progress.
- CFP license held, in-progress, or the desire to obtain one during employment.

Administrative Coordinator
Primary Role
Multiplying the effectiveness of the team with a strong administrative foundation.
Scope
- Gatekeep demands on the time and attention of the leadership team; predict needs.
- Curate information (corporate records, documents, reports, research, data, and other documents) to prepare for review by and/or presentation to leadership.
- Help prepare for, organize, conduct, and record minutes for meetings.
- Read and analyze incoming information and distribute as needed.
- Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Assist the firm with administrative and workstream support.
- Closely interface with the financial and investment teams on projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Successful administrative experience in a dynamic business environment, ideally in a financial field and/or involving working relationships with leadership teams.
